As a body-oriented somatic-trained coach, I am interested in potent transformation, that uses mind, body, heart, spirit, soul in the journey of your leadership. All my many lens of trainings, and long experience coaching individuals on their leadership journey, plus working with teams and counselling, are brought to benefit the journey of transformation that is calling you.
My approach is eclectic, informed from many trainings and skills, to be tailored and unique to assist your learning and change. It is based in the depths of somatic psychotherapy training, martial arts practice, and a multitude of personal growth and healing dimensions, and refined by over 20 years of coaching, team facilitation, counselling and publishing work.
